In 2007, Dr Teck Khong established Chirurgiae LLP with his colleagues from Northamptonshire following their successful launch of surgical services in the community two years previously. The strength of Chirurgiae comes from a distinctive blend of broad-based skills, extensive clinical experience and corporate business management expertise. The Chirurgiae Clinical Teams comprise dynamic primary and secondary care clinicians who pride themselves in professional excellence.
Chirurgiae also works closely in conjunction with tertiary care providers to deliver the requirements of intermediate care provision in the community. Uniquely, all the services managed by Chirurgiae in the community are consultant-led and are therefore guaranteed the highest quality of care.

Minor Surgery and Carpal Tunnel Decompression

Chirurgiae is delighted to be awarded the contract to provide in-community Minor Surgery and Carpal Tunnel Decompression services for Leicester City PCT. This service is based at the Westcotes Health Centre and is available on the Choose And Book facility.
