In 2007, Dr Teck Khong established Chirurgiae LLP with his colleagues from Northamptonshire, Dr Krish Khot and Mr Max Hand, following their successful launch of surgical services in the community two years previously. The strength of Chirurgiae comes from a distinctive blend of broad-based skills, extensive clinical experience and corporate business management expertise. The Chirurgiae Clinical Teams comprise dynamic primary and secondary care clinicians who pride themselves in professional excellence.
Chirurgiae was dissolved in 2011 with the advent of the Health and Social Care Reform. However, it would be relaunched if there is a role for it to play in the new health economy once the implementation of the Reform Bill is complete.
